Workshopen inleddes med granskotts &#8211; fl\u00e4derblomsdryck och en kr\u00e4mig smoothies p\u00e5 \u00e4ngssyra. Mellan varven var det dags att g\u00e5 ut och botanisera denna underbart vackra dag. P\u00e5 menyn stod vild blomsallad med \u201dogr\u00e4spesto\u201d, kr\u00e4mig \u00e4ngssyresoppa, br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslor i \u00f6ldeg, fj\u00e4llskivling och kardborrens rot som r\u00e4knas till de mest omtyckta rotfrukterna i Japan. Desserten bestod av fl\u00e4derb\u00e4rskok med vispad gr\u00e4dde smaksatt med rostade och malda ekollon. En h\u00e4rlig h\u00f6stmeny med andra ord \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nH\u00e4r kommer receptet p\u00e5 den s\u00e5 omtyckta fruktsoppan som serveras ljummen:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fl\u00e4derb\u00e4rskok<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd kilo ansade fl\u00e4derb\u00e4r<br \/>\n100 g (eller mer) r\u00e5socker\/honung<br \/>\n2 p\u00e4ron<br \/>\n6 sviskonplommon<br \/>\n1 hel kanel<br \/>\n8 nejlikor <\/p>\n<p>Tv\u00e4tta och halvera plommon. Ta bort k\u00e4rnorna. Skala p\u00e4ronen, ta bort k\u00e4rnhusen och sk\u00e4r dem i klyftor. V\u00e4rm fl\u00e4derb\u00e4ren sakta med r\u00e5socker, plommon, p\u00e4ron och kryddor. L\u00e5t det l\u00e5ngsamt koka tills det \u00e4r mjukt (ca 20 minuter). Smaka av s\u00f6tman. Tills\u00e4tt ev. socker.  Serveras utan eller med vispgr\u00e4dde\/glass.
