Det skall bli sp\u00e4nnande att uppleva hennes dag.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00e5de vildhallon, krusb\u00e4r, r\u00f6da vinb\u00e4r, svarta vinb\u00e4r och surk\u00f6rsb\u00e4r \u00e4r mogna s\u00e5 vi plockar och fryser in men f\u00f6rdelar dem \u00e4ven \u00f6ver frukostchrunchyn och anv\u00e4nder dem i rawfoodt\u00e5rtor. Vilda \u00e4tbara v\u00e4xter som svinm\u00e5lla, mj\u00f6lm\u00e5lla, v\u00e5tarv, \u00e4ngssyra etc. sk\u00f6rdas ocks\u00e5 och tillagas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sedan kommer David Appelgren. David befinner sig i st\u00e4ndig utveckling och har alltid n\u00e5got nytt p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng. P\u00e5 fredag h\u00e5ller han i temakv\u00e4llen kl 18.30 och p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdag \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r matlagning. Hampasm\u00f6r \u00e4r n\u00e5got av det godaste jag vet\u2026 H\u00e4r kommer receptet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rostat hampasm\u00f6r<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 dl oskalade hampafr\u00f6n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 msk hampaf\u00f6olja eller annan vegetabilisk olja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 nypa havssalt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rosta hampafr\u00f6n i en stekpanna eller p\u00e5 en ungspl\u00e5t. Smaka av med j\u00e4mna mellanrum tills du hittar r\u00e4tt och \u00f6nskad rostningsgrad.
