D\u00e5 fick deltagarna anv\u00e4nda sin kreativitet och konstn\u00e4rliga \u00e5dra. Vackra m\u00f6nster och ornament v\u00e4xte fram n\u00e4r lerv\u00e4ggarna i halmbalsstugan tog form. Det var alldeles tyst n\u00e4r man kom in i stugan. Var och stod i dialog med leran och v\u00e4ggen. En h\u00e4rligt engagerad grupp och kunnig kursledare. Nu \u00e4r lerv\u00e4ggarna torra s\u00e5 nu kan vi forts\u00e4tta att f\u00e4rgs\u00e4tta med pigmenterad lera. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecotopia.se\/sv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/YA20130408.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">L\u00e4s mer i YA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Egentligen var det planerat att \u00c5ke Wikstr\u00f6m skulle komma ner n\u00e4sta helg f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecotopia.se\/sv\/kalendarium-2013\/april_19-21_ekologisk-odlingskurs\/\">ekologiska odlingskursen<\/a> men gr\u00f6nsakslandet \u00e4r fortfarande t\u00e4ck av sn\u00f6 s\u00e5 vi fick skjuta fram kursen till den 3-5 maj. En odlingskurs inomhus vid brasan kan varken bli s\u00e4rskilt l\u00e4rorik eller inspirera till mer sj\u00e4lvhush\u00e5llning.<\/p>\n<p>I g\u00e5r hade vi 75 g\u00e4ster fr\u00e5n Hush\u00e5llningss\u00e4llskapet i Kristianstad. D\u00e5 bj\u00f6d vi p\u00e5 svampstrudel med pilaw ris (kryddat med l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k, gurkmeja, muskotblomma, kardemumma, nejlikor, kanel och russin) \u00f6rts\u00e5s och sallad toppad med pumpaolja. D\u00e4refter \u00e4pplepaj med kanelgr\u00e4dde. Tack vare att n\u00e5gra deltagare hj\u00e4lpte oss att servera gick det riktigt bra. Varenda stol, kniv, gaffel, glas etc. kom till anv\u00e4ndning.
